Calling Rates and Reliability of Services
HaiwaiTEL would not be responsible for any losses/damages as result of changing calling card rates by suppliers and/or service providers, which is beyond control of HaiwaiTEL . HaiwaiTEL do not represent or warrant that the services provided suppliers will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected. Also HaiwaiTEL would not be responsible for any losses/damages caused by error of service providers.
User Account and Security
After you purchase products or services of HaiwaiTEL , there will be forms for you to complete. No Spam, Damages

Participation in "Referral" Promotions Program
HaiwaiTEL shall have no obligation on "Referral" participation promotions, including the delivery of unsuitable content by any user. HaiwaiTEL shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such participation of "Referral" Promotion Program. HaiwaiTEL reserves all rights to terminate/delete any entries which we believe connected with any spasm or unlawful actions with or without notice.

Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master and Discover. There's no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with HaiwaiTEL. Please be sure to provide the exact email address, telephone number, billing address and your CVV number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed by "HaiwaiTEL" upon delivery of your order. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Credit/debit card fraud is a criminal offense. At HaiwaiTEL we use automated and manual systems to confirm proper credit card authorization, including having HaiwaiTEL representatives call persons who have signed up for HaiwaiTEL services. We also track every transaction. Information related to fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to IP addresses, detailed transaction records and email addresses are collected. The information will be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials consistent with applicable law when required to assist in the prosecution of any persons attempting to commit fraud on HaiwaiTEL websites.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HaiwaiTEL reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. HaiwaiTEL reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Refund Policy
If the customers do not satisfy within our products or services, please contact Customer Service via HaiwaiTEL's official website. If the problem occurs from HaiwaiTEL such as double charge and you want to cancel the order, you will get 100% refund. Or if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you can get full refund for unused card. Please allow 2 business days for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired card or unauthorized use or customer operation error(s) and client's email server delay.
